Oven Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1.4 kg medium-sized, red-skinned potatoes
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
- 0.5 tsp pepper (finely ground)
- Sea salt
- 0.5 bunch Chives
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp butter
Instructions

Wash the potatoes thoroughly.

Coat a baking sheet with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place the potatoes on the sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes, turning after 20 minutes and drizzling with the remaining oil.

Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic and sauté it briefly in some butter until fragrant but not browned.

Remove the potatoes from the oven, transfer them to a bowl with the garlic, mix gently while lightly pressing the potatoes. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with chives. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
