Ingredients
- 600 g small new potatoes
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1000 g Camembert e.g. Le Rustique (4 Camemberts)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 stems thyme
- pickles for serving

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and place them in a steamer basket. Sprinkle with salt and steam covered over hot steam for about 25 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan.

Unwrap the cheese and return it to its wooden box. Place it on the baking rack without a lid. Make several shallow cuts with a knife. Peel the garlic, slice into rounds, and insert them into the slits. Strip the thyme leaves, sprinkle over the cheese, and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the Camembert is melted.

Serve from the wooden box with the potatoes and pickles as desired.
