This quick recipe is super easy, light and tasty! Healthy oven potatoes combined with your favorite dip.

Ingredients

  • 800 g potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices or wedges. Pat the potato pieces dry with kitchen paper or a towel.

    Oil a baking sheet, spread the potatoes on it, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Turn occasionally so the potatoes brown all around.
