Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 150 ml milk (1.5% fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100 g parmesan cheese (1 piece)
  • 20 g Parsley (1 bunch)
  • 100 g turkey bacon (sliced)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash the potatoes well, peel and cut them lengthwise in half. Mix the sour cream with salt and pepper. Grate the cheese, stir in 2 tbsp of it, and pour into a baking dish. Place the potato halves skin side up in the sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese, salt, and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (convection: 180 °C; gas: level 3) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile wash the parsley, shake dry, and roughly chop.

  2. 2.

Slice the turkey bacon into strips, fry crisp in a pan, then drain on paper towels.

  3. 3.

Remove the potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with parsley and turkey bacon, and serve.
