Ingredients
- 400 g broccoli florets
- Salt
- 400 g whole wheat rigatoni
- 75 g cheese, e.g., Gouda (45% fat in the product)
- 75 g ham
- 250 ml whipping cream (30% fat)
- 150 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 4 eggs
- 50 g sour cream
- Pepper
Instructions

Clean and wash broccoli, blanch in salted water for 2–3 minutes over medium heat, cool under cold running water and drain.

Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes until very firm, then drain and let stand.

Grate cheese, dice ham, combine both with cream, milk, eggs and sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Mix pasta with broccoli and transfer to four small dishes or a large baking dish. Pour the egg‑cheese‑cream mixture over the top and bake in a preheated oven at 220 °C (200 °C fan) for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
