Ingredients
- 4 large waxy potatoes (≈250 g each)
- 100 g small broccoli florets
- Salt
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 Red Onion
- 100 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar)

Wash the potatoes and steam them for about 35 minutes until cooked.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C fan. Wash the broccoli and blanch it in salted water for 3–4 minutes, then shock in cold water and drain. Cut the bell pepper into halves, deseed, and dice small. Dice the zucchini after washing and peeling. Peel and dice the onion. Mix all vegetables with the cheese.

Drain the potatoes, slice them lengthwise in half and gently press apart. Fill each potato with the vegetable‑cheese mixture. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes.
