Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs

Spoonsparrow oven-baked chicken thighs: a protein-packed meal for the whole family!

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 chilies (finely chopped)
  • 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • 800 g small potatoes

Instructions

    Wash the chicken thighs, pat dry and split at the joint.

    Mix chili with lime juice, garlic and brown sugar. Add 3 tbsp oil and coat the meat with the mixture.

    Thoroughly wash the potatoes, pat dry and place them on a baking sheet with the chicken. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and drizzle with the remaining oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (fan 160 °C; gas: level 2–3) for about 35‑40 minutes until golden brown.
