Ingredients

  • 2 large beets
  • Salt

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F) on top and bottom heat. Line two baking trays with parchment paper.

    Wash and peel the beets. Slice them very thinly or use a mandoline. Arrange the slices on the trays so they do not touch, lightly salt them. Place both trays in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes until crisp. To prevent burning, flip the chips 2-3 times during baking. Let them cool completely before storing airtight.
