Ingredients

  • butter (for the ramekins)
  • 300 g cherries
  • 2 Apricots
  • 2 plums
  • 5 eggs
  • 50 g sugar
  • 75 g flour
  • 0.5 vanilla pod (aroma)
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 100 g quark
  • 75 ml milk

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C with fan and top heating. Butter four small ramekins.

    Wash the cherries, drain and pit them. Wash the apricots and plums, halve, pit and quarter them.

    Whisk the eggs with sugar until frothy. Add flour, vanilla aroma, salt, baking powder, quark and milk to the egg mixture and stir well. Gently fold in the fruit and fill the ramekins. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown and serve.
