Oriental Spiced Meat Skewers

- 400 g beef steak mince
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tsp Curry powder
- 4 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (size S)
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 150 g cucumber salad
- 1 small green bell pepper
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 mint stems
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper

Place the minced meat in a bowl. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic, then add them with curry powder, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper to the meat; mix into a smooth dough. With damp hands form apricot-sized balls from the mixture. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Brown the meatballs all around. Remove from the pan and let cool slightly. Thread the meatballs onto lightly oiled wooden skewers. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas: level 2-3, convection: 160°C) for 10–15 minutes.

Rinse the cucumber, halve it, and remove the seeds. Quarter the bell pepper, clean it, rinse it, and remove the seeds. Wash the tomatoes and quarter them, removing the seeds. Peel the onion. Dice the cucumber, pepper, tomatoes, and onion very small. Rinse the mint and pluck the leaves from the stems. Mix vinegar with oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the prepared ingredients and mix. Serve together with the meat skewers.
