Ingredients
- 400 g orecchiette pasta
- Salt
- 500 g salmon fillet (ready to cook, skin removed)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 150 ml dry white wine
- 1 tbsp cream horseradish (jarred)
- pepper (ground)
- 4 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Wash the salmon, pat dry and slice into thin strips. Peel and finely chop the garlic; sauté in a hot pan with oil until translucent. Add the fish, cook briefly, then deglaze with wine. Stir in horseradish, season with salt and pepper, taste, and let simmer for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Drain the pasta, set aside, combine with the salmon mixture, toss gently. Plate, sprinkle parmesan, and garnish with basil.
