Ingredients
- 250 g watercress
- 1 Pomegranate
- 80 g goat cheese
- 4 organic oranges
- 1 EL white wine vinegar
- 1 TL honey
- 4 EL grape seed oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash, trim and dry watercress.

Halve the pomegranate and carefully remove the seeds. Crumble goat cheese and distribute with the watercress onto 4 plates.

Peel oranges thoroughly with a sharp knife, cut out fillets, catch the juice and squeeze out remaining flesh.

Whisk orange juice with vinegar, honey and grape seed oil to make a vinaigrette; season with salt and pepper.

Distribute fruit fillets over the salad and sprinkle pomegranate seeds. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
