Orange Salad with Walnuts

The orange salad with walnuts from Spoonsparrow is full of vitamins and wonderfully fresh – the ideal starter for your guests.
Ingredients
- 100 g young Swiss chard
- 4 oranges
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp walnut oil
- Salt
- 60 g walnut kernels
- 200 g blue cheese
Instructions

Clean, wash, dry and arrange the Swiss chard on four large plates. Peel the oranges with a sharp knife around the edges so that only the flesh remains.

Slice the oranges crosswise into thin rounds and place them over the chard. Grind the peppercorns finely in a mortar. Pour the vinegar and oil over the salad and season with salt.

Finely chop the walnuts, crumble the blue cheese, and drizzle the pepper dressing over the salad. Sprinkle the walnuts and cheese on top of the orange salad and serve.
