Ingredients

  • 2 kg oranges
  • 1 kg Carrots
  • 1 kg gelatin sugar
  • 40 ml orange liqueur
  • 2 lemons (juice)
  • Walnuts to taste

Instructions

    Thoroughly peel the oranges with a sharp knife, cut out the fillets, mix with gelatin sugar and let stand covered overnight.

    Peel and finely grate the carrots. Mix with lemon juice and orange liqueur, add to the oranges, transfer to a pot, bring to a boil and simmer for about 4 minutes, then fill jars, seal tightly and cool.
