Ingredients
- 400 g fusilli
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 oranges (unprocessed)
Instructions

Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

Peel two oranges with a sharp knife, remove all white membranes, cut lengthwise into halves and then into half‑slices, season generously with pepper and mix with olive oil.

Squeeze one orange and add the juice to the orange slices.

From the peel cut about 2 tbsp very fine strips.

Drain pasta, let it drain, then toss with orange slices and oil. Plate on bowls and sprinkle with orange zest before serving.
