Orange muffins

- 280 g flour
- 80 g finely chopped orange zest
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 egg
- 100 g sugar
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 100 ml Orange Juice
- 200 g Buttermilk
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp orange liqueur
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Place paper cups into the depressions of a muffin tin. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat. Mix flour with orange zest, baking powder, and baking soda. Lightly whisk the egg, then add sugar, oil, orange juice, and buttermilk; stir well. Add the dry mixture to the wet batter and stir just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Pour the batter into the cups and bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let the muffins rest in the tins for another 5 minutes, then take them out and cool on a wire rack. Whisk powdered sugar with orange liqueur until smooth, brush the muffins with this glaze, and dust with powdered sugar. Let them dry for a few hours before serving.
