Ingredients

  • 1 kg orange flesh (incl. juice)
  • 1 kg preserve sugar
  • 40 ml orange liqueur
  • 2 lemons (juice)

Instructions

    Peel oranges thoroughly with a sharp knife, dice the flesh finely, remove seeds and catch the juice, mix with preserve sugar and let sit covered overnight.

    Stir in lemon juice and orange liqueur, put into a pot, bring to boil and simmer for about 4 minutes, then pour into jars, seal tightly and cool.
