Ingredients

  • 1 untreated orange
  • 1 tbsp grated lemon zest (untreated)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Wash the orange hot and slice into thin rounds.

    Bring almost 1 L water to a boil with lemon zest, cinnamon stick, and coffee. Stir in the sugar and simmer for about 4 minutes until bubbling.

    Remove the cinnamon stick and test a setting gel. While still warm, fill prepared jars with jelly and orange slices immediately.

    Seal jars tightly, place lids on top for ~10 min, then flip and let cool.
