Ingredients

  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 tbsp ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp peeled almonds

Instructions

    Whip cream with gelatin and vanilla sugar until stiff. Thoroughly peel oranges with a sharp knife, removing the white pith. Cut fruit segments from the separating membranes and catch the released orange juice. Squeeze juice from the orange remnants.

    Alternately fill tall narrow glasses with orange slices and some juice together with the whipped cream, garnish with almonds and ground almonds, and serve.
