Open Sandwiches

Open sandwiches with smoked salmon, tomatoes and goat cheese from Spoonsparrow – ideal for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 150 g smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 100 g goat cheese

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the tomato, pat dry and slice. Slice the goat cheese as well. Cut the rolls in half and spread a half with mayonnaise.

    Layer lettuce, tomato, salmon and cheese on one half, then place the other half on top. Wrap the open sandwiches in paper and serve.
