Ingredients

  • 3 eggs (medium size)
  • 60 g low‑fat quark
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds (or other spices)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 170 °C fan or 180 °C conventional.

    Separate the eggs. Whisk the yolks with the low‑fat quark and cream cheese until smooth.

    Beat the egg whites stiffly, then gently fold them into the yolk mixture.

    Divide the batter into eight small portions on a parchment‑lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.

    Sprinkle the finished Oopsies with sesame seeds or other spices if desired. Let cool slightly before serving.
