The core mix with yogurt and kiwi from Spoonsparrow contains almost no carbohydrates and satisfies the craving for sweets in a healthy way.

Ingredients

  • 100 g blanched almonds
  • 40 g raisins
  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 sprigs Mint
  • 4 kiwis

Instructions

    Roast the almonds in a hot, fat‑free pan over medium heat for 3 minutes, then roughly chop. Mix with raisins and fill four glasses. Pour yogurt over the mixture.

    Wash the mint, pat dry, pluck the leaves and set aside a few for garnish. Peel the kiwis, slice four neat rounds for garnish; puree the remaining flesh with mint finely and pour over the yogurt. Garnish the core mix with the reserved mint leaves and kiwi slices.
