- 400 g puff pastry (frozen)
- flour (for the work surface)
- 8 vegetable onions
- 400 g goat cheese (roll)
- 3 eggs
- 300 g crème fraîche
- 200 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- nutmeg

Let the puff pastry thaw on a floured work surface. Preheat the oven to 200°C with upper and lower heat.

Meanwhile, peel the onions and slice them into rings. Slice the goat cheese roll into rings as well.

Whisk the eggs with crème fraîche and heavy cream, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Roll out the puff pastry and line a baking tray lined with parchment paper with it, creating an edge around the sides.

Spread the egg mixture on the base and distribute the onion and goat cheese rings over it.
