Omelette with Sheep Cheese and Spring Onions

The omelette with sheep cheese and spring onions is easy to prepare and tastes great as dinner, lunch, and is perfect for takeout.

Ingredients

  • 10 eggs
  • 50 ml whipping cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 6 Spring Onions
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • 200 g feta

Instructions

    Whisk the eggs with the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions into rings.

    Sauté 1/4 of the spring onions in a little hot oil in a non-stick pan for 1-2 minutes. Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture over them and sprinkle 1/4 of the feta on top. Cook slowly for 3-4 minutes until set. Fold and transfer to a plate. Repeat to make four omelettes and serve.
