Oatmeal with Berries

The oatmeal with berries from Spoonsparrow pleases the stomach and is a great breakfast for everyday life!

Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh raspberries
  • 700 ml rice drink (rice milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 200 g delicate oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp rice syrup

Instructions

    Wash and gently pat dry the berries.

  2. 2.

    Bring the rice drink with vanilla powder and oats to a simmer in a pot, stirring and cooking over low heat for 10–15 minutes until thickened.

    Stir in the rice syrup, taste, then ladle into bowls and sprinkle with berries before serving.
