Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

  • 200 g soft butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g rolled oats
  • 125 g flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp raisins

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Cream the butter with vanilla sugar, sugar and salt. Beat in the egg.

  3. 3.

    Mix the rolled oats with flour and baking powder and add to the wet mixture. Combine or knead into dough.

    Fold in the raisins.

    Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet, spacing them slightly apart, and bake for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.

    Cool the cookies on a wire rack.
