Oatmeal (Porridge) with Dried Fruits

Ingredients

  • 50 g plums
  • 50 g apricots
  • 0.5 l milk (add a little more if needed)
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp whipped cream
  • Salt

Instructions

    Rinse dried fruits hot, place in a bowl and pour 1/4l water over them. Cover and soak for 5 hours. Drain well and chop finely. Bring milk with a pinch of salt and the oats to a boil once, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Spoon onto plates. Top with dried fruits, sprinkle sugar, and pour cream over.
