Ingredients
- 150 g fresh nettles
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions

Boil the nettles, shock in cold water, shake dry, pluck from stems and finely chop.

Whisk cream cheese with heavy cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper; fold in chopped nettles.
