Ingredients

  • 150 g fresh nettles
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

    Boil the nettles, shock in cold water, shake dry, pluck from stems and finely chop.

    Whisk cream cheese with heavy cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper; fold in chopped nettles.

    Taste and serve with white bread as desired.
