French Toast

Spoonsparrow French toast is always delicious – whether for breakfast or as a snack in between!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp Milk (3.5% fat)
  • 50 ml Apple Juice
  • Salt
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Cut the bread slices diagonally. Mix the egg, 1 tbsp honey, milk, 50 ml apple juice with a pinch of salt and cinnamon, then spread this mixture on the bread slices.

    Heat butter in a pan and fry the soaked slices 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown. Then garnish, for example with mint, and serve.
