Oatmeal Balls

Ingredients

  • 250 g oats
  • 250 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 150 g hazelnuts (almonds; ground)
  • 75 g coconut flakes
  • 75 g raisins
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Cover and let sit for about 45 minutes to absorb liquid. Then scoop small portions with a tablespoon, shape into balls by hand.

    Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from the tray and cool before serving.
