Ingredients
- 2 EL oat bran
- 1 Egg white
- 2 EL low‑fat quark (or cream cheese)
Instructions

Grind the oat bran until fine powder. Mix this oat bran flour with the remaining ingredients and cook in a pan for 2–3 minutes on each side.

Use a non‑stick pan to avoid extra oil. If you don’t have a grinder, oat bran flakes can be used as they almost fully dissolve.
