Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 20 ml apple juice
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 2 oranges
  • 200 g watermelon (peeled, seeded)
  • 200 g blue grapes
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp seed mix (e.g., sesame, pistachios, sunflower seeds)

Instructions

    Peel bananas and slice. Mix with apple and lemon juice in a bowl.

    Peel oranges and cut into segments; cube watermelon.

    Wash grapes, halve if desired, and remove seeds. Peel kiwis and slice them.

    Add all fruit to the bananas and fold in honey. Fill glasses and top each with 1 tbsp yogurt. Sprinkle with seeds and serve.
