Ingredients

  • 150 g peeled hazelnuts
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 50 g butter

Instructions

    Roast the hazelnuts in a pan until fragrant. Remove, let cool, then pulse with powdered sugar in a food processor until finely ground.

    Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Stir in the butter and nut mixture. Pour the batter into a shallow dish lined with plastic wrap and chill until firm.
