- 50 g dark chocolate
- 160 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 350 g flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 300 g walnuts
- baking paper
- 80 g powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Melt butter, break chocolate into pieces and add. Dissolve under low heat while stirring. Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in melted chocolate. Mix flour with cornstarch and fold into chocolate mixture.

Add chopped walnuts. Spread dough onto lined baking sheet. Bake at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes, then remove and cool. Mix powdered sugar with 1-2 tbsp water to a thick consistency and decorate the cake. Cut into small rectangles or triangles for serving.
