Nudelsalat

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- Salt
- 250 g green asparagus
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 EL balsamic vinegar
- ground pepper
- 4 EL Olive oil
- 20 g black olives
- 50 g Camembert
- 100 g Cervelat sausage slices
- basil for garnish
Instructions

Cook the Penne according to package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente. Rinse the asparagus, peel the lower third of each spear and trim the ends generously. Cut the asparagus into pieces and cook in salted water for 5-7 minutes depending on thickness. Drain (reserve 4-5 EL of the cooking liquid), rinse under cold water and let drain.

Rinse the cherry tomatoes and halve them. Whisk vinegar with reserved asparagus cooking liquid, salt, pepper and olive oil in a large bowl. Add Penne, asparagus, tomatoes and olives and mix well.

Cut the Camembert into cubes. Slice the Cervelat sausage into strips. Gently fold the cheese and sausage into the salad and garnish with basil before serving.
