Ingredients

  • 8 large potatoes (about 200 g waxy each)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 100 g Camembert
  • 1 bundle chives
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, place them on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes.

  2. 2.

Cut off a lid from each potato. Using a small spoon hollow out the potatoes leaving a 5 mm thick rim. Mash the interior with a fork, then knead in butter and cheese. Wash, dry, shake, finely chop the chives, mix into the potato mash, season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3.

Fill the potato-cheese mixture back into the potatoes, replace the lids, and wrap each potato in aluminum foil.

  4. 4.

Place on a grill that is not too hot and grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. The potatoes no longer need to cook through; they just need to become hot.
