Ingredients
- 300 g egg noodles
- 1 onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 g Sugar snap peas
- 100 g corn (canned)
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 350 g Quorn
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- soy sauce
- Salt

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.

Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Wash and halve the sugar snap peas. Drain the corn well. Rinse the bean sprouts and drain them too. Dice the Quorn and stir-fry it with the onion in hot oil for 2 minutes. Add the sugar snap peas, corn, bean sprouts, garlic, and 2 tbsp soy sauce; simmer while stirring for about 4 minutes. Finally fold in the drained noodles and season with salt.
