Ingredients
- 1 broccoli (ca. 500 g)
- Salt
- 400 g farfalle
- 1 handful dill
- 1 onion
- 500 g smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 3 tbsp capers
- pepper (ground)
- Lemon juice

Divide the broccoli into small florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes until very firm, then shock in cold water.

Cook the pasta in well-salted water al dente.

Rinse and finely chop the dill. Peel and dice the onion. Tear the salmon into coarse pieces. Heat the oil and sauté the onion cubes. Deglaze with white wine and cream, reduce briefly. Add broccoli, salmon, and capers; warm through. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Drain the pasta, let it drain, then toss with dill.
