Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 400 g Green Beans
- Salt
- 2 red bell peppers
- 3 salad leaves
- 80 g black olives (pitted)
- 200 g tuna (in its own juice)
- 40 g capers (jar)
- 30 g mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Cook the eggs to soft-boiled to hard-boiled. Then shock and peel them. Clean the beans, halve them, and blanch in salted water for 3-5 minutes until firm. Wash the peppers, trim, and slice into strips.

Wash the salad, dry by shaking or spinning, and halve the leaves. Drain olives, tuna, and capers; cut olives into rings. Mix tuna with mayonnaise.

Arrange the salad leaves with beans, peppers, and quartered eggs in a four-compartment bowl. Top with the tuna mixture and sprinkle with olives and capers. Before serving, dress with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
