Ingredients
- 400 g Whole Wheat Spaghetti
- Salt
- 8 artichoke hearts (canned)
- 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 handful basil
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp vegetable broth
- 0.5 tsp Fennel seeds
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Cook the pasta in salted water al dente, rinse with cold water and drain.

Drain the artichokes and cut into strips. Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes. Wash the bell pepper, halve it, clean it and slice into very thin strips. Rinse the basil, shake dry, pluck the leaves and cut into strips.

For the dressing whisk together oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, broth, fennel seeds, salt and pepper and taste.

Combine all prepared salad ingredients with the dressing, mix well and serve arranged on plates.
