Ingredients

  • 250 g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 Carrot
  • 150 g hard cheese (e.g., Emmental)
  • 250 g horned pasta
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 ml white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • sugar
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes and halve them. Wash, trim, and cut the celery stalks about ½ cm thick. Peel the carrot and grate it roughly. Dice the cheese into ~1 cm cubes.

    Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Whisk yogurt with oil, vinegar, and lemon juice. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper to taste.

    Drain the pasta, rinse under cold water, and let it drain. Toss with the dressing and vegetables, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve warm or chilled.
