Ingredients

  • 1 radicchio
  • 50 g frisée lettuce
  • 150 g kidney beans
  • Salt
  • 3 spring onions
  • 150 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 150 g canned tuna in its own juice
  • 50 g black olives
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • pepper from grinder
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Wash and trim radicchio and frisée, then tear into bite‑size pieces.

    Rinse beans, snap off ends, and cook in plenty of salted water for about 5–6 minutes; cool quickly and drain well.

    Trim spring onions and slice thinly into rings.

    Wash tomatoes and halve them.

    Peel eggs and cut into quarters.

    2. Rub a large bowl with a halved garlic clove and add the salad ingredients.

    3. Add drained, flaked tuna and olives to the salad. Whisk together salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil for a dressing; pour over the salad and serve immediately.
