Nectarine-Fig Salad

A fresh fruit salad featuring ripe nectarines and figs drizzled in a honey lime rum glaze for a sweet‑spicy finish.

Ingredients

  • 16 figs
  • 6 nectarines
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Cinnamon
  • 40 ml rum

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Wash the figs, pat dry and slice into wedges.

  2. 2.

    Wash the nectarines, halve them, pit and cut into thin slices.

  3. 3.

    Combine honey with lime juice, cinnamon and rum; pour over the fruit. Toss gently and let rest for about 10 minutes.
