Nicecream with peanut butter from Spoonsparrow: bananas, peanut butter, and chocolate form the base for the sinful delicious stick‑style nicecream. Yummy!

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 100 g Peanut butter
  • 80 ml Almond Drink (Almond Milk)
  • 40 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa; vegan)

Instructions

    Peel the ripe bananas, slice them into thumb‑thick pieces and freeze for at least 4 hours.

    Let the frozen banana slices thaw briefly, then blend with peanut butter and almond drink in a blender. Alternatively, place in a tall container and puree with an immersion blender. Depending on preference, chop the chocolate coarsely or finely and fold it into the nicecream mixture.

    Fill the molds with the nicecream and freeze for about 1 hour. Insert wooden sticks and continue freezing for another 3 hours. To serve, release the nicecream from the molds and enjoy.
