Ingredients
- 300 g field lettuce
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 50 g peeled walnuts
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 0.5 clove garlic

For the salad, clean, wash and spin dry the field lettuce. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Break or chop the walnuts into smaller pieces. Arrange the field lettuce with mushrooms and walnuts on plates.

For the dressing, whisk together the oils, vinegar, spices and finely chopped garlic clove, then drizzle over the salad.
