Ingredients
- 400 g Tomatoes
- 200 g Green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 350 g Rigatoni
- 125 g feta cheese
Instructions

Parboil tomatoes for a few seconds, shock in ice water, peel, quarter, seed and dice.

Wash and trim green beans, cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, drain and set aside.

Heat oil, sauté tomatoes for 2-3 minutes, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper, then stir in crème fraîche.

Cook pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

Break feta into pieces. Drain pasta, toss with sauce, vegetables and feta, serve immediately.
