Ingredients
- 200 g basmati rice
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 100 g peeled and deveined shrimp (except tail segment)
- 0.5 stalk green onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 4 tbsp oil
- soy sauce
- fish sauce
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions

Cook the rice according to package instructions or steam it.

Wash the chicken, pat dry, and slice into thin strips.

Wash the green onion, trim, and cut into ~8 cm long thin strips.

Peel the garlic and finely mince.

Wash the chili, halve, seed, and cut into thin strips.

Sauté the green onion, garlic, and chili in hot oil. Add chicken and shrimp, stir, and cook for about 2 minutes. Add rice and continue cooking together for about 4 minutes. Season with soy and fish sauce and serve.
