Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 300 g kidney beans
  • Salt
  • 300 g mung bean sprouts
  • 250 g glass noodles
  • 3 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sambal oelek
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry with paper towels and cut into strips. Wash and trim the beans. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes, then shock in ice water. Rinse the sprouts and drain on kitchen paper.

    Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions in boiling salted water. Meanwhile, finely chop the drained beans.

    Heat sesame oil in a non‑stick pan and lightly brown the meat strips on all sides. Add sambal oelek, beans and sprouts; stir briefly. Deglaze with both soy sauces. Stir in the cooked noodles and sesame seeds.
