- 4 Nashi pears (well sorted supermarket)
- 200 g Greek yogurt (10% fat)
- 100 g low‑fat quark
- 150 g Gorgonzola
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- basil (for garnish)
- white bread (toasted, for serving)
Instructions

Wash the Nashi pears, quarter them, remove the core, cut into wedges and drizzle with half of the lemon juice.

Whisk together yogurt and quark, mash Gorgonzola with a fork and add to the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and the remaining lemon juice; garnish with basil. Serve the Nashi wedges with the blue cheese dip.
