Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 200 g pineapple flesh
  • 0.5 apple
  • 0.5 lemon (juice)
  • 2 tbsp peanut oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash, trim, and finely chop the spring onion. Wash, deseed, and dice the chili. Dice the pineapple flesh. Wash, peel, core, and dice the apple.

    Combine the diced spring onion, chili, pineapple, and apple with lemon juice and peanut oil. Season with salt and pepper and let it infuse for about 1 hour. Taste again before serving.
